Canine Fitness Training
I am a Certified Professional Canine Fitness Trainer (CPCFT) - I completed extensive training including theory, practical and case studies. I am now able to offer both in person and online options for canine fitness. These sessions will introduce you to a number of core exercises, before moving in to specific exercises to strengthen your dog for your chosen activity or sport.
Fitness training for our dogs is growing in popularity, as more and more owners understand the benefits of keeping their canine companions in tip top condition. This is especially true for dogs involved in sports such as agility and flyball. By spending time working on strength and conditioning, not only can we improve our dog's performance, but also help to prevent and avoid injury.

However, we need to make sure that we are doing this correctly - without expert guidance, you run the risk of causing injury rather than preventing it.
Despite what many people often think, canine fitness training doesn't need a lot of fancy, inflatable equipment. Quite the opposite - it's vital to get good form on stable, level surfaces before we think about adding more challenge. I can build a bespoke fitness program for your dog, just using equipment that you have available at home.
